Information we collect

When you use the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and company name, the service you select, and whatever you include in your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or confidential business information through the form until we have agreed on an appropriate way to share it.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and the time of a request to deliver and protect the site. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google. Links in marketing campaigns may contain referral or campaign parameters that your browser sends to our site when you visit.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond, discuss a potential project, and keep a record of our conversation. We use technical information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. Campaign information may help us understand which outreach brought visitors to the site. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated email marketing unless you separately agree or applicable law permits it.

Who receives it

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. Resend processes inquiry emails sent through the form, which are delivered to our inbox. Google serves the site’s web fonts. These providers handle information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the security of the site. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics, campaigns, and cookies

We do not currently load analytics or advertising trackers on this site or set cookies for those purposes. We may add analytics to understand visits, page use, and campaign performance, and may use advertising measurement tools in future campaigns. Such tools can collect device and browser information, pages viewed, referral or campaign parameters, and interactions, and may use cookies or similar technologies.

Before activating a tracking provider, we will update this policy with the provider, the information it receives, retention details, and any choices required by law. If we add advertising technology that involves a sale or sharing of personal information under applicable law, we will provide the required opt-out. Browser “Do Not Track” settings do not currently change the site’s behavior because no analytics or advertising trackers are active.

Retention and security

We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a potential working relationship, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us by emailing hello@sanluisobispo.ai. We will respond in line with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. You can also contact us by email instead of using the form.

Children

This site is for business inquiries and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect.
